Established in 1997, Reimer Associates is a natural outgrowth
of Ross Reimer's tenure at Reimer Express Lines Ltd. His firsthand experience
in recruiting outstanding
people, and his knowledge and expertise in mergers & acquisitions led to
the formation of the company.

Prior to founding Reimer Associates, Ross was Executive Vice President at Reimer
Express Lines Ltd. and served on the company's Board of Directors.He has hands-on
experience in virtually every area of sales, operations and administration in
the transportation/logistics industry.
With more than 25 years experience, Ross has been involved in buying and selling
companies, in addition to staffing operations with all levels of supply chain
professionals. Leveraging his personal knowledge as both an owner and a trusted
advisor to business owners, Ross has built a solid reputation for delivering
value to his many clients.
Ross is an Honours Graduate in business from Trinity
Western University and is also active in several charitable organizations.

Mitchell Leslie
Mitchell has 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, with companies
including Reimer Express Lines (now operating as YRC Reimer), Daily Motor Freight and Muir’s Cartage.
Thanks to his experience in office management, business development, dock supervision and terminal management,
Mitchell has a deep understanding of the transportation industry and the various positions within it.
The Reimer Associates team is fortunate to count Mitchell as a member, with his outstanding people
skills and strong interviewing expertise. |

Steven Bryce
Steven brings outstanding experience and knowledge of supply chain operations to his current role,
having devoted 25 years to the industry in such companies as Tibbet & Britton, Shoppers Drug Mart,
Wal-Mart and Metro Canada Logistics. His work experience – including positions as Controller of
Commercial Accounting, Director of Logistics, and Vice-President of Finance – combined with his
top-notch educational background (C.A., M.B.A.) make him a highly valued supply chain expert within
the Reimer Associates team. |

Clayton Gording
During his 44 years with Reimer Express Lines (now operating as YRC Reimer), Clayton rapidly
advanced through the management ranks to become president of YRC Reimer, while also contributing
his talent to numerous industry boards and associations. One of Canada’s most experienced
transportation executives, Clayton brings a wealth of expertise to his role with Reimer Associates.
His understanding of the industry and his network developed over a lifetime make him a key
member of our team. |

Kathy Kropf
After 20 years in the transportation industry, Kathy has gained solid experience in senior
sales and operational roles within transportation, courier and global freight forwarding. She
has lent her expertise to companies that include Roadway, Federal Express and Schenker, in such
positions as Terminal Manager, Managing Director of Canadian Worldwide Sales, and Managing Director
of the Intra America Division. With her extensive network and warm professionalism, Kathy is a
very important part of the Reimer Associates team. |

Mary Greaves
As a valued member of the Reimer Associates team, Mary has a unique ability to manage all
database administration and research. During her 20 years in the transportation industry, Mary
worked with such companies as UCB Freight Services, Tower Group International, FedEx Trade Networks
and Nadiscorp Logistics, in roles that include Team Leader for Surface Transportation, Fulfillment
Operations Manager, and National Customer Service Manager. Mary’s extensive practical experience
in the industry is an outstanding asset in her current role. |
